The site is located at the boundary between the commercial and residential area in quarry bay. After the office hours, there are very little contact between two areas. There are event spaces in the site but are not utilised at all. The aim of this project is to created a gallery hotel which can merge the two areas, and live up the site after office hours. This gallery hotel needs to include a well planned event spaces which will draw different groups of people together.
